Just remember, iPads are always in high demand, so as a result they tend to sell out fast. That means the base 10.2-inch iPad can be in stock in the morning and sold out by the afternoon. As a result, we’re recommending you snatch up any iPad deals you see right now before models run out of stock.
The 10.2-inch iPad features Apple’s A13 Bionic CPU, a new 12MP front camera, and 64GB of storage (instead of 32GB like its predecessor). You also get support for Center Stage, which uses machine learning to adjust the front-facing camera during FaceTime video calls. The 2021 iPad mini features an all new thin-bezel design, a larger 8.3.inch Liquid Retina display, A15 Bionic CPU, 12MP wide camera, and USB-C connectivity.
Despite being a generation old, the 2020 iPad Air sports a large 10.9-inch display, speedy A14 Bionic CPU, and support for USB-C charging. However, keep in mind that it hit $379 during Prime Day and could reach that price point again during the next major holiday.
The tablet features a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display (2360 x 1640), 12MP wide (rear) camera, USB-C charging, and Magic Keyboard support.
The 11-inch iPad Pro sports Apple’s M1 CPU for record-breaking speed and performance. It features a stunning 11-inch Liquid Retina display with 120Hz Pro Motion, TrueTone, and P3 wide color. Amazon has the 128GB model at its second-lowest price to date, which makes this one of the best iPad deals you’ll find for Apple’s pro tablet.
It features a stunning 12.9-inch Liquid Retina mini LED display (2732 x 2048) with 120Hz Pro Motion, TrueTone, and P3 wide color. Amazon is taking up to 50% off select ZAGG iPad cases and keyboards.
The Apple Smart Folio (for 10.9-inch iPad Air) is on sale at Amazon. It’s a modest price cut as far as iPad deals are concerned, but Amazon has the Apple Smart Keyboard on sale for $143. It’s got an outstanding feature set, with a built-in keyboard and trackpad and dedicated shortcut buttons. While the A10 Fusion chip is indeed dated, it still packs enough power for streaming movies and playing some Apple Arcade. The 2021 iPad mini features an all new thin-bezel design, a larger 8.3.inch Liquid Retina display, A15 Bionic CPU, 12MP wide camera, and USB-C connectivity. Other retailers like Best Buy, B&H Photo, and Walmart tend to offer similar prices.
So when looking for iPad deals at Amazon, it’s worth checking various colors for the lowest price.
However, if you don’t need M1 power, the previous iPad Air is usually up to $100 off, which is substantial savings. So it’s always worth checking older iPad models (when available) to save some extra cash.

Apple introduces the most powerful and versatile iPad Air ever
Available in a new array of colors, iPad Air also features the new Ultra Wide front camera with Center Stage for a more natural video conferencing experience, a USB-C port with up to 2x faster transfer speeds, and blazing-fast 5G on cellular models — starting at the same affordable price. Advanced cameras and compatibility with the latest accessories enable users, including content creators, gamers, and students, to push the boundaries of creativity, productivity, and self expression. “Whether it’s a college student taking elaborate notes, a content creator working on their latest project, or a gamer playing graphics-intensive titles, users love iPad Air for its amazing performance and versatility in such a portable design,” said Greg Joswiak, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing. “With the breakthrough M1 chip, Ultra Wide front camera with Center Stage, and ultra-fast 5G, iPad Air is now more powerful, more capable, and simply more fun than ever.”
Combined with the CPU and GPU, a 16-core Neural Engine powers advanced machine learning (ML) functions that enable next-level experiences. From editing multiple streams of 4K video, to playing graphics-intensive games, redesigning a room in 3D, and more realistic augmented reality (AR), the performance of M1 enables users to do more than ever with iPad Air.
The 12MP Wide camera on the back of iPad Air lets users capture sharp photos and 4K video, scan documents, and enjoy amazing AR experiences. The port connects iPad Air to a vast ecosystem of USB-C accessories, including cameras, external storage, and displays with up to 6K resolution. Loved for its thin and light design, the new iPad Air comes in a gorgeous array of colors: space gray, starlight, pink, purple, and a stunning new blue.
iPad Air features a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display for an immersive visual experience, with 3.8 million pixels and advanced technologies, including 500 nits of brightness, full lamination, a P3 wide color gamut, True Tone, and an anti-reflective screen coating.
With wireless charging and pairing, Apple Pencil delivers pixel-perfect precision and imperceptible lag, making writing as easy and natural as using pen and paper. The new iPad Air is compatible with Magic Keyboard, providing the best typing experience with its floating design and built-in trackpad; Smart Keyboard Folio, with its comfortable typing experience in a slim design; and Smart Folio covers, which come in beautiful coordinating colors — black, white, electric orange, dark cherry, English lavender, and marine blue — that complement the new iPad Air finishes.
With next week’s release of iPadOS 15.4 and macOS 12.3, Universal Control will enable users to work with a single mouse and keyboard and move between Mac and iPad for a seamless experience, with no setup required. All iPad models meet Apple’s high standards for energy efficiency, remain free of numerous harmful substances, and use wood fiber in the packaging that comes from recycled sources or responsibly managed forests. Today, Apple is carbon neutral for global corporate operations, and by 2030, plans to have net-zero climate impact across the entire business, which includes manufacturing supply chains and all product life cycles.
This means that every Apple device sold, from component manufacturing, assembly, transport, customer use, charging, all the way through recycling and material recovery, will be 100 percent carbon neutral. Education pricing is available to current and newly accepted college students and their parents, as well as faculty, staff, and homeschool teachers of all grade levels. The Smart Folio for the new iPad Air is available for $79 (US) in black, white, electric orange, dark cherry, English lavender, and marine blue.
iPad Air 4

The case appears to be the same size as the 11-inch iPad Pro, but the bezels are slightly thicker due to display technology differences. It is capped at 60Hz like previous generations, but most users may not notice unless they come from the iPad Pro or use the Apple Pencil extensively. It also has full lamination, p3 wide color, True Tone, and an anti-reflective coating.
The laminated display means that content appears close to the screen, so it feels more natural when writing with the Pencil. With the move to a nearly edgeless display, it was inevitable the iPad Air would need to transition from the old home-button Touch ID sensor. The Touch ID sensor sits on the top-right edge of the device while in portrait mode. The smaller sensor is just as accurate and secure as the original Touch ID, and Apple claims it was a feat of engineering to get it to work within the top button.
The updated model moves to an A14 Bionic processor, the same chip that powers the iPhone 12. USB-C support allows the new tablet to connect a wider variety of external desktop accessories, such as drives, displays, cameras, and multi-port adapters. The versatile USB-C allows users to carry fewer cables and easily move accessories between devices. Available in green, sky blue, rose gold, silver, and space gray color variants
The tablet has an edge-to-edge display but lacks ProMotion, which gives the iPad Pro a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. ProMotion allows for more responsive Apple Pencil drawing, low latency, and a variable refresh rate for smoother content viewing and lower power consumption. USB-C is a more versatile connection, opening the door to many desktop and power-user accessories. The screen goes nearly edge-to-edge with a Liquid Retina display, complete with curved corners. It feels much quicker than its previous generation, and we managed to zip around the UI and our favorite apps without issue. So the device has fewer functional cores than the 2018 iPad Pro, but it makes up for it with a faster clock speed.
It will suffer slightly on multi-core intensive tasks, such as editing massive 40MP RAW photos or exporting a Dolby Vision HDR movie in iMovie. It isn’t as expensive as the iPad Pro line, but it has a newer processor and supports the much-improved second-generation Apple Pencil. If you’re looking to connect flash drives or other external storage, this is the cheapest iPad with that feature.
Its A12X Bionic processor still wins in multi-core performance and graphics power over this model. Depending on your use-case, it may be more worth it to lose those features and a tiny bit of performance for those extra benefits.”
