Before you start, make sure that your Windows 10 PC supports Bluetooth. For more info on how to check, see Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10. After you’ve checked that your Windows 10 PC supports Bluetooth, you’ll need to turn it on. Go to Add or remove quick actions and turn on Bluetooth.
Pair a Bluetooth device in Windows
Before you start, make sure that your Windows 10 PC supports Bluetooth. For more info on how to check, see Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10.
After you’ve checked that your Windows 10 PC supports Bluetooth, you’ll need to turn it on.
Go to Add or remove quick actions and turn on Bluetooth.
How to pair the Bluetooth headphones or speaker to a computer
The drivers needed to connect your device to a computer are already included in the operating system. View this video or skip to the operating system selections below for instructions. Microsoft® Windows® 10 or 8.1 On your device, press the POWER button to enter pairing mode.
On the Add a device window that will pop up, click on Bluetooth .
A window will pop up indicating the Bluetooth connection is complete. If the model number of your device doesn’t appear on the computer, try again from step 6 .
To hear sound from your device, you may need to set them as the default speakers. If you don’t hear sound from your device, continue with the next steps.
Right-click the Volume mixer , represented by a speaker icon in the system tray. Apple® Mac® OS X® Press the POWER button on your device to enter pairing mode.
Next time the user adjusts the volume in the menu bar or plays audio content, the computer will automatically connect to your device.
