I am way out of my element with any of this, but I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with simply using a bluetooth speaker (such as the Oontz Angle) to supplement their television speakers?

My usage is 70% Netflix with an Apple TV 4K, 20% music, 10% streaming content from Macbook via Airplay.
Looking for any advice for under tv speaker
It’s a TCL Roku 32″ TV has 3.5 and optical out but would prefer 3.5 as to my understanding most optical systems won’t work with TV remote and I have xbox, switch, and comcast box hooked up to it. I did try one bluetooth speaker that sounded good but had really bad audio lag through 3.5 for some reason.
